"I couldn't be happier with my decking. Fergus listened carefully to what I wanted and offered practical advice as to what would and what wouldn't work. I was keen to incorporate both the trees at each corner of my plot and I also wanted if possible to retain the planting at the sides, which I was aware was not an easy ask. He planned out the shape, making useful suggestions, including the style of fencing which would surround the decking to provide a feeling of being enclosed. He then checked on every detail ensuring I was happy before proceeding with the work. Once under construction, Fergus kept me informed at all times of progress, and checked with me when anything else required a decision.
