"Lukasz did a wonderful job, as always. He replaced four brick lights in my garden wall with new ones which he sourced for me and they give a very good light and look very smart. He managed to find ones that fit the size of my bricks, which is excellent. He arrived on time and was polite and personable. He cleared up after himself and I was provided with a NICEIE Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate after the job was completed. I have been using TSS for a few years now, and they really are top-notch, all the way through from admin to payments to engineers. The price I was quoted for replacing the lights was also very reasonable, and I did not hesitate in using them again. I find them very trustworthy and can relax knowing that they will do a perfect job. Many thanks."

"EDIT in response to reply. TSS fitted 2 radiators and valves just over a year ago, one is now leaking (see proof in photo), that’s pretty poor for it to be leaking already. They have totally refused to look at it, or fix it. If they were to at least investigate, then they could clarify their reply, blaming other things except themselves, but as they’ve point blank refused to visit then you can make your own mind up on workmanship and customer satisfaction. So we are forced to pay for another plumbing firm to investigate and fix, and it’s an emergency as we may flood other flats. The manager was extremely argumentative (see another reviewer Angela who says similar) previously in email, got very confused about everything, and made strange comments about a phone call that I did not make. They won’t deal with residents in multi-occupancy buildings anymore obviously as they don’t like dealing with the complaints. It’s a real shame how they really didn’t want to deal with this complaint, I had no issues with them coming back to investigate and repair, but they did have a strange issue with customers, and there’s the problem here, leaving me with a leaking radiator and now having to get another firm in a hurry to stop me flooding other flats. The other flats and insurance companies would certainly would be interested into why TSS refused to at least investigate!"
