We took the time to try and identify a good surveyor (Tom has received numerous awards from his own profession) and he lived up to expectations. He undertakes the majority of the work and administration himself, allowing him to maintain high standards (‘if you want a job done well…’). The price was very competitive too. Quotes were received from other surveyors were £600 more. A job well done."
