"We couldn’t be happier with the service from Solar Rise. From the very first quote, everything was professional, thorough and easy to understand. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always knew what was happening. The team installed our solar panels, battery and EV charger over two incredibly hot days in temperatures well over 30°C. Despite the conditions, they worked incredibly hard and never once complained. Everyone was friendly, polite and courteous, and it was a pleasure having them at our home. Steve and Ed led the installation brilliantly, and Ryan was fantastic when it came to explaining the technology and helping us get everything set up. Even after the installation, they’ve been quick to help with any questions or minor app issues, which has been really reassuring given how much technology is involved. Steve also took care of all the paperwork and permits, and Ed gave us great advice on contacting our electricity supplier so we could make the most of our solar panels and battery. We really wanted to use a local Sussex company, and we’re so glad we chose Solar Rise. Their customer service has been outstanding from start to finish, and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about installing solar."
