The windows were in serious need of some love: lots of rotten wood, stuck windows, cracked panes, etc. Andy explained the necessary work to me in detail, and found creative ways to solve unexpected problems as they came up during the work. Both Andy and Iain are real craftsmen: I'm super pleased with the work. Lovely guys too, who made a special effort to reduce dust and mess. Everything ran on schedule, despite discovering a few areas that were worse than expected. I can't recommend these guys enough!"
