"Just had an awful call communication. First woman lovely, calm. Get transferred to some guy to ask a simple question, if someone would be out today as I'd been told it'd be a possibility to get "no. No.no.no.no.no." half a million times down the phone by some guy who's not even introduced himself. I've had to announce loudly for him to stop saying no as I'm autistic and he's overwhelming me. To then have him try cut me off every word I'm saying. "Hey just trying to see if someone was coming back out today" "No.no.no.no.no. you'd have to go back to HA" "okay one second could you stop please, you're overwhelming me I'm autistic. I was told by the person who came out last that they'd be back the following week or two. I was just checking so I could go back to HA and ask" The whole time being spoken over "Don't you ever repeat no constantly down the phone at someone like that" Have some manners, respect and treat every phone call like it's your first of the day."
