"We had a flood at our home which caused significant water damage across three rooms. As part of our insurance claim, we contacted Rockwood Construction, who responded quickly and arranged to visit within just a couple of days. From our very first meeting with Shukaib, we felt completely at ease. Dealing with the aftermath of a flood can be stressful and overwhelming, but Shukaib’s warm, understanding and professional approach immediately gave us confidence that we were in safe hands. He took the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Throughout the project, Shukaib and his team were outstanding.
