Rise Joinery Ltd

"Avoid. I emailed full job details asking a simple yes/no — would they take on the work — and got zero reply. Followed up by WhatsApp to a contact called Andrea: read, ignored. Chased a second time: same result. No call, no email, not even a one-line “not interested.” After twelve weeks dealing with contractors with the same non-existent communication, this is the worst of the lot. If you can’t be bothered to answer a yes/no question, I don’t want to think about what happens once you’ve actually got my money and a job half-finished."

"I've used Rise joinery in Lewes twice and have been impressed by the quality of the work and the service both times. It's not the cheapest option but it's worth every penny. My new windows and front door are stunning and the quality of the workmanship can't be overstated. Andy is responsive, reliable and instills confidence. He gives realistic timescales and is honest about what can be achieved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rise"

"Andrew and his team at Rise Joinery manufactured and installed new heritage windows for us. The quality of the joinery and the installation was without fault. It has given us confidence to have other windows in the house replaced as they have done such a great job. I have over 40 years of experience in construction, but having work done on your own home is a different matter. I can honestly say Rise Joinery rose to the challenge and more than delivered."

"Rise Joinery have recently made a new front door and french doors for us. I already knew the quality of their work was exceptional but it has actually surpassed my expectations. Everything just fits and operates perfectly and from start to finish you just have complete confidence that this will be the case. Stress free, efficient. Amazing! Highly recommend,"

"We briefed Rise Joinery to build an intricate, complex, winding staircase over 5 storeys for a major refurbishment of a significant property in the Lewes Conservation area. The end result was truly stunning, and not only met, but far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was fantastic, communication excellent and fabrication quality flawless. We have now worked on several projects with Rise, making other staircases, replacement sash windows, internal cabinets, cupboards and lobby screen doors and providing feature wall cladding - it has been a pleasure every time. Highly recommended."
