PA Surveyors

"Excellent service from PA Surveyors, who provided a Level 3 building survey and valuation report for a planned property purchase in Brighton. The quote was clear and an example report was provided. When the survey needed to be rescheduled, they were accommodating too. Once the survey was complete, a thorough and detailed report was shared around a week later. I plan to use PA Surveyors again for another property purchase in future"

"Iain at PA Surveyors was great. We needed a Help to Buy redemption valuation as part of selling our flat and buying onward, and he was clear and responsive from the first email. Clearly experienced in this type of valuation, fitted us in quickly, and turned around a thorough RICS report on a tight timeline. Would happily recommend."

"I highly recommend Iain Plant and PA Surveyors for property surveys. We used them for a Level 3 Building Survey/Level. Iain was extremely professional, and the report was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. His support was invaluable in helping us understand the findings and how to plan our next moves. It gain peace of mind about the purchase. A truly excellent and reliable professional service!"

"We used Iain to survey a defect on our home. Iain came recommended by a friend and exceeded expectations. Punctual, professional, clear and concise - the scope and output was tailored to what we needed. Gave advice on what work we could do ourselves including specific products we should use, and where we need builders and what exactly needs doing and how much to expect it to cost."

"I had a great experience with PA Surveyors. I requested a quote for a Level 3 survey. Iain detailed all the work that was going to be carried out clearly. Simon carried out the survey and did an amazing job. He shared with me the highlights of the survey right after the survey for me to have an overview before having the full report. This was a huge help and it was greatly appreciated. The report was thorough, clear, and organised. I was able to address all major defects to the seller thanks to PA Surveyor and work out solutions to move forward with the sale. I would like to thank both Iain and Simon for their great work. I will definitely use PA Surveyors' services in the future."
