"This is how customer service should be…. Our solar battery failed and because it was under warranty the manufacturer, Fox ESS sent a replacement. The problem I had was contacting my installer who wasn’t returning calls. I got a list of installers from Fox ESS and started phoning around. Orio Electrical Services was my first number I call because they had a 5 Star rating, but no one answered and I chose not to leave a message. While trying to phone other installers and hearing excuses about not touching a system they didn’t install, Olly from Orio called me back. He was happy to replace the battery and because it was under warranty, he would invoice Fox ESS directly (fantastic, one less stress for me). Olly and his apprentice Ollie (yes I know - what are the chances) arrived the following afternoon - they even gave me an hour’s notice. They quickly installed the replacement battery and even checked the previous installation to make sure it was okay. They left the site tidy. Olly then adopted my solar system under Orio so he could monitor it going forward, which I thought was a nice touch especially as he was under no obligation to do that. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to do this one because of how impressed I was with the service I received from Olly - thank you."

"Olly fitted an electric charging point for me. He advised me on the different range of chargers available and on whether we had the appropriate safety features in place. He was very attentive and answered all my questions expertly. He also offered an extremely competitive price that was far better than other quotes I got from other local companies and checked in with me after the installation. I highly recommend Orio!"

"Oli from Oreo fitted solar panels to our roof. He has done a brilliant job. He is very professional and coordinated timescales with the roofers fitting our new roof. Aftercare services have also been excellent. We are really chuffed with our solar output - as we also fitted a battery for storage so we can produce during the daytime and then charge our car overnight. "Olly is amazing and quite possible the best sparky I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, great on timings and communication. Did all my work on my to be gym and I couldn’t be more pleased. He fitted some hexi lights that looks awesome, sound system amazing, sensor lights to save on energy, alarm system and even provided guidance on what to get as I didn’t really know. 10/10.
