"We hired Mo to clean our carpets and upholstery earlier this month and couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, his communication was excellent - clear, honest, and really professional. We were working with a tight student budget, but he was upfront about what could be done within our means, and even threw in an extra when we explained our situation, which we really appreciated. On the day, he arrived promptly, was polite and professional, and got straight to work – even while we were still moving things out of the way. "We hired Mo to do a clean in our new house. He was 3 hours late, didnt care and delayed our entire house move because of it. He was also very vague about the hourly rate, amount of people and hours of work , making it very unclear how much we had to pay. He took our new house keys and disappeared for hours, leaving his cleaners in the house, clueless as to where he was. When we got the invoice and I asked for clarity, Mo was rude. It was more than we expected / he had suggested as we had no idea that the hourly rate was per person he brought, rather than as a team. I'd go with a different company who can tell you a fixed package or a fixed hourly rate. Or if you do go with Mo confirm number of hours, people and hourly rate first and don't let him walk off with your house keys. Mo has bad business etiquette and I hope other people don't have the same experience as we did. He made moving house that tiny bit more stressful when we hired him to relieve the stress."
