"Mike was great. He rang me an hour before arrival and then was really great at updating me throughout the job. He was thorough, spending time going back and fourth between several drains to clear them before checking out for any further blockages. He then explained the layout and then logged follow up jobs to replace a drain cover and clear up the spillage from the original leak. This was all in 30 degree heat and way into the early evening. Very grateful for Mike and Metro Rod!"

"Great service from Metro Rod Sussex and Kent. Communication was excellent from the start and the engineer arrived right on time. He carried out a really thorough investigation and showed me the issue on the camera, which was great because I could clearly see the problem for myself. Everything was explained in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Gary Pagett was a total star and expert in his trade. He later returned coordinated with my fence being replaced to deal with a very tricky-to-reach area which was perfect and the work was absolutely amazing. A brilliant result. Gary and Joe came to do the work and were very professional. Because of the way the bathroom had been constructed the job was not easy and Gary and Joe had to try several different methods before they sorted the blockage. Terrific service."
