"I honestly can’t express enough how good Max and his team are. From the very beginning, they were fantastic. We had to ask for the quote to be changed several times due to having three flat owners with very different requirements, but Max was incredibly patient, accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. The end result was absolutely fantastic and went beyond what we expected. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and pictures sent every day, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the work. The property was also left incredibly tidy and clean — honestly, it was probably cleaner than when we left it! Cheerful and efficient team on the day, and finished work looked thorough and tidy. Efficient back up from Tina in the office. Very dry weather meant a lot of dust was generated during the re-pointing. Advanced warning of this would have been useful to tip off the neighbours."

"No one likes or wants damp in their home but Max was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring that he could fix it. Josh and Will took 2 days to treat the problem and Will did a fantastic job with the plastering it feels like glass to touch. Two vents were also put in to each bedroom this allows the moisture to disperse but no cold air to come inside. The smell has completely gone thank god which is great.
