Matt Sears & Sons Roofing Contractors Ltd

"Full bungalow roof replacement undertaken by Matt, Harvey and their team as well as work to stop a long term leak from the chimney stack. Matt's quote was detailed, comprehensive and very competitively priced. I was looking for someone I could trust, who also had the expertise needed so that I never have to worry about the roof or chimney again. Matt was definitely that person and the only one who knew all the measures required to stop the chimney leak. I was able to see the work that was done on the roof and it is excellent workmanship, so professional and the materials used are great quality. The team were on time every day, worked hard and were nice and polite to have around. I couldn't be happier with my roof as it looks amazing and has completely transformed the property. Matt is both honest and knowledgeable and I highly recommend contacting him if you need roofing work done."

"We needed a full repair to a large leaking balcony with several awkward edges. After speaking to a number of roofers, only Matt and Harvey gave me confidence that their repair method would genuinely solve the issue. Their approach was technical and thorough, with excellent attention to detail — especially around drips, edges and flashings. The flashing work in particular was true craftsmanship. Despite difficult winter weather, Matt kept me well informed and provided clear, detailed quotes. Highly recommended — I will definitely use them again for future roofing work."

"Matt Sears and Sons have put right some poor building work from a previous builder. It has been such a relief to find someone that I could trust and rely on to carry out work to my roof and guttering to high standards. Matt communicated with me throughout the job with a pleasant and professional manner. I’m so pleased! Thank you"

"Matt and his son Harvey did an amazing job on our roof, it was a large roof with dormers and they did a fantastic job. They were up there in all weathers and were always polite. Although that might be because of the tea and coffee we supplied."

"Matt and Sons provide a professional and thorough service. Matt was punctual and happy to explain the whole process. He always uses the best materials and worked hard to ensure the roof is top notch and resilient. Matt and sons where a pleasure to have around the property; friendly, positive and a good sense of humour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt Sears and Sons to friends and family and will use again for future work when required."
