"After a bad initial experience with an upmarket bathroom supplier in Hove I searched for a different local showroom to sort a refurb of an ensuite. I wanted decent quality but without gimmicky design flourishes as it was an extremely small space Phil at Majestic spent time going through things with me. I appreciated advice both for and against ideas that I had and helped me narrow down my options. Phil has decades of experience and quickly earned my trust. I think he understood my needs quickly and sent a confirmed cost straight after leaving the store Phil also recommended an experienced fitter who was idea in terms of availability, reliability and quality of work. Majestic were able to sort out all my fixtures (they don't do tiles) & everything got delivered on time. I had to change 1 item because of size and this was easily sorted out directly with the fitter without me needing to get involved. My project cost came in significantly under the cost of what my original showroom was going to charge Majestic has a loyal customer base and I would not hesitate to recommend them. My photos aren't brilliant- the small space mitigated against getting good shots- but after a month of usage I can confirm that everything works perfectly & looks good"
