"Stay away from this company. We are in dispute with them. They delivered 4 bay windows (total cost £26,000). Two last Spring, which were to a standard we expected - and two in Autumn which were not. Some of the interior finishing is rough-planed, there were splinters. Many of the joints are not a tight fit, and show as small gaps in the pain work. We paid for “factory finish” paint work but in some areas, the wood shows through. Some of the hinges showed rust after only 3 weeks. When we brought these their attention, the response was “it would take too long to sort out all these problems”. We put everything in written last December and January. To this day we have still not had a response."
