Help For You Cleaning Service Limited

"Veronica did a very good job cleaning our flat. Everything looked fresh, tidy and well cared for when she finished. She was friendly, professional and thorough, and we were very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend."

"Unfortunately after a very promising start with the owner of the company coming by and looking over our property, the cleaner who came to our house managed to damage and etch our brand new marble floors by spilling toilet cleaner. It also seems like in their panic to wipe up the spillage, they threw a rag or something onto our wood floor outside the bathroom and caused staining there too. That would be fine, as accidents happen. But even after calmly and nicely asking the cleaner multiple times if she spilled something, she denied it. When I contacted the company owner a few days later, she said she believes the cleaner over us and so wouldn't use her business insurance to help cover the cost of the damage. We offered to even pay half of the damage as a gesture of goodwill, but she didn't want to use her insurance to cover the damage. It's sad as otherwise we had a great clean and experience and would have used them (and actually wanted to use them again if they'd cover the cost of the damage and sent a different cleaner). Your mileage may vary and we may have gotten very unlucky (as the company's checkatrade score was a perfect 5/5 with over 50 reviews), but unfortunately have to rate them low, as they didn't want to cover the cost of damage done by their cleaner, even though they have insurance for these kinds of incidents."

"I found Help For You cleaning services through check a trade and was delighted with how fast they were able to organise the clean. We were sent the lovely Steven whom cleaned everything as we had requested and was incredibly friendly, polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this company for all cleaning work needed. Thank you to Steven and Sarah."
