This is a complex listed building in a very sensitive historic setting, and the care, knowledge and respect shown for the building has been outstanding from the outset. "We had an amazing experience with Parviz and team! We got them to install a kitchen in a "blank" room and got them to do pretty much everything from kitchen installation to flooring, electrical works, plumbing works, decoration of walls and ceiling, and even some damp proofing works on a wall. We found Parviz to be an impeccable planner - he was always on the job, martialling his resources to make sure things ran like clockwork and he finished right on time / slightly ahead of schedule! I was a bit anxious about the level of quality and specs given there were many tasks and moving parts but a few days into the project, I realised that Parviz had a much higher bar on quality and attention to detail than me (lol) and then I was a bit more reassured that there would be no cutting corners!! The final quality was above our expectations. The team was bang on time everyday at 7:30am and worked pretty much non-stop till 4:30pm on most days - all very professional and committed. At the end of the day, they would clean and leave the site as usable as possible as we were living in the house. Parviz also saved us some money by using material creatively so that we were able to returrn some items to the kitchen company. He also had suggestions on more economical and quicker ways to tackle problems. His staff was always extremely professional and respectful. I also found Parviz to be technically very sound and exceptionally precise at his work. We also found Jasmine to be always calm and helpful and friendly. One of the key reasons we chose this firm was that she showed real interest and followed up regularly. She dealt with many of our changes and requests patiently. She was also efficient at managing the paperwork/documentation! We are already repeat customers as, being impressed with their quality of work, we asked for some additioanl work to be done (plumbing and flooring for a utility area), which is also now complete! Overall, we are pleased customers and would happily use again and recommend freely!"
