"My up and over garage door failed on a Friday night, on account of an eager 18-year old heading for the beers in the garage fridge! Not ideal, as I knew I'd have to wait for Monday. Monday arrived and after a few calls to recommended garage door firms, I realised I would not get it repaired any earlier than following mid-week(!). Justin was professional, clear on understanding of what the issue could be and explained the charges. I liked the no-nonsense approach and decided to ask when he could come round?...(expecting it would be later in the week or following week). He also explained to me why not to grease the runners and instead to use 3-in-1 oil. "A garage door failing when you arrive home late from work in the early hours of the morning is never ideal. But, of course, that’s when mine failed. Unable to fix it myself I went to sleep and then googled for garage door repairs once I was up. The first two companies I called either decided they didn’t cover my area or they wanted an extortionate fee just to come and have a look. My third telephone call was to Elite Garage Doors where I spoke with Justin. He was friendly, professional and understood how the garage door had failed. Within an hour and twenty minutes he was round and examining the door. Whilst there, he fixed the garage door and re-oiled the moving parts in that and another garage door that I have. The price quoted was very fair and I was happy to pay as Justin had fixed the door to protect the contents of the garage from the weather and any passing beady eyes. I’ll only leave a review here if I can give the service five stars and personally recommend to others.
