"My husband and I had been thinking about getting air conditioning in our house for a while so we contacted Eaglereach Mechanical Ltd to get a quote after seeing the 5* reviews online. Nick who is the Director of the company arranged a convenient day to come round to do this. Nick was very punctual and listened to what we needed. He also showed us pictures of previous work he had done at other properties. Overall the installation would take around 2 days to put in. On the two days we had allocated to do the work Nick turned up on time and got straight on with the job in hand. He was very respectful and methodical in what he did and always tidied up afterwards. Once the air conditioning installation was completed Nick showed us how we can work the air con units from our mobile phones. First we had to download an app but then once you had created a User ID and Password it was quite easy to use. This is useful if you're out and want the house cooled before you get home. There is a remote control with each unit as well so you can use that instead, it was really down to personal preference. Overall we were very happy with Nick's work. Very nice friendly guy. "The absolute gold standard of tradesmen - I found Nick from Eaglereach Mechanical after looking for someone to achieve a tricky Mitsubishi Electric heat pump/air conditioner install in an older property and found them a pleasure to deal with. Nick attended promptly and took the time to discuss the ideas I had and sense check them before providing a full quote. I was able to pay a deposit using credit card which brought great peace of mind when so many local traders would only take cash or bank transfer. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and on the install day he got straight to work, installing the components in the most logical way but also taking care to ensure that they were neat and tidy in appearance with minimal destruction - difficult to achieve in a period property! Eaglereach came up with some very clever solutions to issues as they came up which meant that functionality and appearance could be preserved. They also took the time to clean up after themselves and ensure that everything was working fully - not only the basic install, but integrations with apps and other extras. Gaps were sealed, surfaces made good and even floor vacuumed and outside areas swept clean. I then happily made the balancing payment, again on credit card, without issue or request for additional payment. Have since recommended Nick and Eaglereach Mechanical to friends and would happily recommend their services to anyone looking for a top quality, professional and considerate air conditioning/heat pump install."
