There was a delay with installation but this was linked to a delay on my part. When I gave the go-ahead for the installation to be done it was completed within a couple of days. They did not over sell, they provided me the the system that would suit me now and for the future, excellent costumer service from Simon. There was no pressure to signup. Regarding the actual installation the team were fantastic from Ryan double checking the planned installation and Andy, Ryann (sorry for spelling it wrong) & his mate for doing the installation. They were tidy, polite and considered the environment they were working in… my home. Fun was had in the last day working around a field mouse who my cat brought in. Pre & post installation, DW deal with any official paperwork required, you just sit back and see the wonder when the sun(& shade) comes out to see the battery storing that energy 👍👏👏👏.
