"The team completed the work quickly and to a good standard, but the experience was dampened by poor billing practices. Despite finishing in under an hour, the invoice charged for 1.5 hours. Admin initially refused to amend the bill until we mentioned having door bell footage including showing the team sitting in their car after the job until exactly 1.5 hours after arriving. While the electrical work itself was fine, the lack of transparency and professionalism in billing was disappointing."
