"Great builder, project management and price! Nick and his team are brilliant. Our loft conversion wasn’t straightforward at certain stages, but Nick handled the challenges with such ease and professionalism. The timeline of the project was clearly set out from the outset, along with a schedule for payments due at each stage. Nick and his team worked to plan and finished slightly ahead of schedule - despite some fairly miserable weather to cope with throughout December. Everyone who worked on the project, including specialist tradespeople that Nick brought in at various stages of the build were of the highest calibre, and all friendly and professional. The team always started on time and cleared up at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Nick and City Wide Lofts. We attach some before and after shots of our "hip to gable" conversion, which has repositioned our stairs, then created two bedrooms and a bathroom from our old double bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink. We couldn't be happier."
