"Rob is by far the Chief of the plastering trade, hands down the best there is around. Rob and his team have done numerous plastering work around my current property, previous home, and my place of work, all done to exceptional quality and detail. From the odd wall, here and there, to the entire full-scale render of my current house, this guy has the skills to nail any job, and the charisma and personality with it too. Too many guys rock up like they're dreading a job, but Rob will be there on time, with a smile on his face and gets the job done, no mess, no hassle. I couldn't recommend Chief Plastering any higher, just don't bother wasting your time looking elsewhere, get Rob and Tom round to get the job done."

"Rob and his team did an absolutely amazing job taking off all of the old, cracked and blown external render from all 3 sides of our end of terrace 1930s house and replaced with monocouche silicone render. Rob was super responsive with excellent communication and updates - and his team made short work of the job - making sure that everything was left tidy at the end of each day - We have had a lot of trades over to do various jobs getting the house up to spec, but Rob and the team at Chief Plastering have been the best hands down!..."

"Definitely recommend. Rob did some rendering to the sides of our front steps after we had some Victorian tiles laid and some miscellaneous plastering and touching up in the bathroom and home office. He was so easy to work with - nothing was too much trouble, he was reasonably priced, and did a great job. It wasn't a huge job for him - maybe half a day or so - but he was really attentive and accommodating regardless. He even popped back the next day to smooth down a small area of plastering after it had dried to make it look better - which definitely exceeded expectations and was a really nice touch of customer service. We will definitely use him again and recommend to others. PS - I noticed another review saying he didn't turn up to give a quote and Rob's reply that he did come by their place but was able to do the quote without disturbing them - hence why he didn't knock the door. This was during the Covid restrictions - which is when Rob worked for us - and he did exactly the same with us. He came by and assessed the exterior steps without needing to knock the door and then we discussed over the phone later. So Rob's explanation definitely rings true based on how he worked with us."

"Rob was really helpful when I initially enquired - he spoke with me to determine what work we needed and was also happy to give advice based upon his experience. He turned up at the time we agreed and completed the work by 3:30 that same day as promised. I asked him if he could also skim over a few other areas within the property that were not agreed beforehand and he was more than happy to do these at the price we have provisionally agreed for all the ceilings. The work was done to an excellent standard and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone requiring any plastering in the near future."
