"Having been let down by another company, who failed to carry out their due diligence and clearly just wanted to pass the issue on to somebody else, I was left with no hot water or heating and no clear solution. I called Ben, and he was able to come out the same day. He carried out all the correct tests, quickly found the gas leak, retested the drop rates, confirmed everything was safe, and got my gas switched back on.
