"After a general survey was done for the property I was buying, it revealed a strong smell of damp. I contacted Rob who was able to conduct a survey for me. The problem areas were located and a report made, with the suggested remedial work to be carried out. The survey was very useful, because I was able agree with the seller a reduction in the house price towards the remedial works. Rob and his team did top quality work and even managed to do some last minute painting of the facia boards and soffit I had requested ,as the scaffolding was still in place.
