"Truly one of the best companies I have ever interacted with and couldn’t be more grateful! I called late one evening to enquire about a cleaning service for my dad's property after seeing the many positive reviews online. I spoke with Adam, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the call. The next day, I received a text saying they would be providing the full cleaning service completely free of charge as an act of kindness. They explained that they had been touched by my situation and wanted to help. I offered to pay, even at a reduced rate, but they insisted on doing it for free. Just a few days later, they managed to fit us into their schedule, and four lovely women came to the property. They were all incredibly friendly, compassionate, and professional. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they worked so efficiently and left the property looking fantastic. I genuinely cannot believe how amazing my experience was with this company. Their kindness, generosity, and professionalism went far beyond anything I could have expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so much 🤍"

"I rang this firm on a Sunday, very worried about the state of sick friend’s house, which had become a hoarding and dirty horror. Adam of BT responded swiftly and within a couple of days was at the house, inspecting and listening to instructions from my friend and me. 10 days later Adam and the team arrived at the house, listened to my friend’s son’s wishes and made a fantastic job of clearing and cleaning. The house is transformed and the team did a wonderful job. They are exceptional and very highly recommended"

"Honestly CAN NOT RECOMMEND ANY HIGHER!! 10/10!! Due to mental health issues we didnt notice a family member was struggling we rallied together to help find a solution. I search and scoured the Internet and come across Bang Tidy. From the very first interaction to the end the team and Adam have been nothing but amazing supportive and kind generous and accommodating. They greated myself at the property and immediately i broke down in overwhelment of relief. Within less than 6 hours the property has had a complete and utter make over. Im absolutely speachless and overwhelmed with happiness. I was almost too shocked to speak. As a family we couldnt be anymore thankful or happy.
