"The chaps from Baldwin Builders have worked for us for over 4 months on our house renovation in Lewes, (removing a chimney stack, chimney breasts, weight bearing walls, putting in steels, taking ceilings down, under pinning, plastering, patio and bringing in roofers etc) and have just finished the project and we are delighted with the result. Peter and his team have been excellent throughout. Any problems that we came across were dealt with calmly and professionally, Peter kept everything on track and on budget and there were no nasty surprises. Peter, Jake, and Jim are lovely chaps and have been cheery through the whole project, despite working in really miserable cold conditions, and shifting over eleven 9 yard skips worth of rubble, soil and wood between them! Mark is an excellent carpenter and worked skilfully (from skylight installation to architraves, repairing floors and installing walls etc). Jamie has done a brilliant job of redecorating the outside of the house with really good attention to detail, and is a pleasure to have around. We would definitely use Baldwin Builders again for any future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them."
