"We are a block of 16 flats n have trouble with rats, we have had a really nice guy called Jake out on several occasions, he has been great setting boxes down taking photos and reporting to our housing association, our sewerage is the problem we are getting rats but Jake has been great, we have now had 1 company out to do some works but still awaiting others, cannot recommend Jake and the company for the relentless times coming to our property, really great guy highly recommend"

"I had an earlier pest control person come out from AGS though he wasn't as effective glossing over the job but a second call out and this time the pest control person was polite and friendly, efficient and excellent overall result. I would say its pot luck who AGS send out that will determine the result. No harm in trying AGS pest control, if your not happy move on."

"We paid a fixed price for them getting rid of 3 squirrels from our loft (more would involve extra cost). Lots of visits, but they only caught one. They seemed to have no idea as to what to do next and wouldn't come back without us paying more. I do not recommend this company at all."

"We just moved into our new home and found some suspicious "droppings" in one of the filthy kitchen cupboards the previous owner hadn't cleaned for years. AGS came out quickly to inspect and said they were actually cavity wall insulation beads which had also dropped through our extractor. AGS were kind and reassuring from the first call right through to the site visit. Their fees are extremely reasonable and I can't rate them highly enough. Totally recommend."
