"Avoid this company. They are untrustworthy and exploit customers. I was completely ripped off - the EICR was costly, and the service was slow. The electrician they assigned was secretive about the remedial work and costs, and communication afterward was terrible. They failed my assessment and issued warnings about conditions unrelated to my flat, which isn't an HMO or a six-story building. The man on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I strongly recommend against getting your EICR done by them, as they will unfairly fail you and charge extortionate fees."

A complicated installation (where the charge point needed to be on the other side of the house to the consumer unit) which the likes of PodPoint and Octopus refused to undertake. ACS produced a really neat result - exactly where I wanted it placed. If you're in the market for an EV charge point I can recommend them: don't go to one of the big equipment manufacturers or energy suppliers - get ACS to do a proper survey, come up with options and do the work."
